A leading marketing agency for higher education faced inefficiencies managing multiple, non-integrated software platforms. Their team relied on labor-intensive processes using Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations to consolidate bi-weekly paid media and programmatic data, as well as daily call center metrics. The lack of a centralized data system made reporting time-consuming and fragmented, limiting real-time insights and operational efficiency. Solution
Bear Cognition developed a marketing integration system that centralized client data, automated reporting, and provided real-time analytics. The system, built within Perceptivity, combined an internal admin dashboard and a client-facing portal, consolidating multiple data sources such as Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, StackAdapt, and more into a single, real-time platform.
For real-time performance tracking, we implemented a Dialer Disposition tool using Five9 API, delivering live call center analytics and an automated leaderboard to enhance agent performance. Our automated reporting and forecasting Tools, powered by Grizzly GPT, enabled natural language queries, reducing manual reporting time and accelerating decision-making.
