CLIENT CHALLENGE
A leading digital marketing agency faced critical operational inefficiencies following the loss of an in-house analyst. Their reporting processes were outdated, relying on slow, manually intensive dashboards that required a complete architectural overhaul. The pre-existing infrastructure hindered new client onboarding and limited service expansion, while excessive, unstructured data sources complicated reporting workflows. Developing custom reports and client dashboards was time-consuming, further straining resources and limiting growth opportunities.

OUR SOLUTION
Bear Cognition implemented a comprehensive data integration and reporting solution, streamlining data from multiple sources—including SEO tools, paid advertising platforms like Google & Meta Ads, and analytics services—into a unified reporting interface. We rebuilt the backend architecture to enhance system efficiency and accelerate report generation, significantly improving dashboard performance. Additionally, we developed a custom, client-facing tool, which was introduced as a new revenue-generating service for the agency’s clients.
