CLIENT CHALLENGE

A leading marketing agency for higher education faced inefficiencies managing multiple, non-integrated software platforms. Their team relied on labor-intensive processes using Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations to consolidate bi-weekly paid media and programmatic data, as well as daily call center metrics. The lack of a centralized data system made reporting time-consuming and fragmented, limiting real-time insights and operational efficiency. The agency needed a comprehensive, automated solution to unify client data, streamline reporting, and enhance performance tracking.

OUR SOLUTION

Bear Cognition designed a robust Marketing Integration System tailored for this higher education marketing agency, incorporating:

  • Unified Client Dashboard:  Developed a dual-interface system comprising an internal administrative dashboard and an external client-facing portal within Perceptivity. This system consolidates data from multiple sources into a single platform, enabling real-time insights and efficient client data management. 

  • Advanced Data Aggregation Modules: Using our proprietary data integration and storage system, we integrated several custom modules to streamline data aggregation from various advertising platforms, including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and StackAdapt.

  • Real-Time Performance Analytics:  Utilizing the Five9 API, we implemented a Dialer Disposition Report to provide real-time analytics on call center activities. This tool not only tracks performance metrics but also serves as an internal leaderboard, fostering a results-oriented environment. 

  • Automated Reporting and Forecasting Tools: The system includes query-enabled data interrogation using Grizzly GPT, our proprietary large language model. This tool enables quick insights through natural language queries. significantly reducing manual effort and accelerating the decision-making process.

RESULTS

The integration system transformed the agency’s data management, eliminating fragmented workflows and saving over 343 hours annually equating to 9 work weeks. By enhancing data visibility and automating reporting, the agency significantly improved operational efficiency, allowing them to offer advanced data services to their higher education clients. The system’s ability to streamline client data into a single, real-time platform set the agency apart, providing unmatched insights and reporting capabilities.
