They proactively engage businesses and take a consultative approach in helping each client to begin, enhance or refine their data analytics and business intelligence.

Our Analytics team creates the advanced applications that live inside our software.

 

These applications contain data visualizations that provide customers with the gap and unified analytics to make their businesses more efficient and profitable.

Technical Engineering
Technical Engineering

The Technical Engineering team maintains and improves our solutions.

They create informational pipelines, design user interfaces and enhance the capabilities of our offerings. These are the architects and keepers of the extremely valuable tools and services we provide.

Strategic Engagement Specialist
Strategic Engagement Specialist

The Strategic Engagement Specialist is the customers' data tour guide for anything and everything BC can do to further build value and maintain the customer relationship.

 

They work closely with Sales and the Project Management team with existing customer development, retention, and growth.
